By using Vidi, you agree to these terms. Vidi provides email tracking services through a Chrome extension and web application.

Free plan

Every account may track up to 5 emails per calendar month (UTC) at no charge, with read-receipt ticks in Gmail, Yahoo Mail and Outlook.com. The allowance resets on the first day of each month and unused emails do not carry over. Per-open detail (time, location, device), link-click tracking, dashboard open history and tracking beyond the monthly allowance require a paid plan. We may change the free allowance with notice on this page.

Subscription

The monthly price for a new subscription is currently $2.99. Vidi's monthly price began at $1.99 and rises in $1 steps as new monthly subscribers sign up — the first step after 10 subscribers and every step after that per 100 — up to a maximum of $5.99. Earlier steps are no longer available once filled. The rate you subscribe at is kept for as long as your subscription remains active. The annual plan is a flat $19/year. A one-time lifetime purchase ($59) grants permanent access with no recurring charges and no seat limit, and is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee: request a refund within 30 days of purchase and it will be returned in full. Monthly and annual plans are likewise covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee: request a refund within 30 days of your first payment and it will be returned in full. You may cancel at any time from your Settings page. No refunds for partial months on recurring plans.

Acceptable Use

You may use Vidi for lawful purposes only. You are responsible for complying with applicable privacy laws when tracking emails.
